Lauren Kirkland, M.A.

Lauren is a research assistant at Cobblestone. She earned her M.A. in Applied Social Psychology from Claremont Graduate University (CGU) and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Applied Social Psychology at CGU. She was introduced to evaluation while conducting command climate surveys in the Army and is interested in using evaluation practices to continuously improve workplace environment and efficiency. Her current research interests include minority influence and inter-rater reliability between behavioral interventionists working with the same client. In her free time Lauren enjoys playing rugby and field hockey, hiking with her dogs, and baking.
