About Kayla
Kayla received her B.A in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona and M.S. in Applied Psychology at the University of Southern California. Currently, Kayla is pursing her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University. Kayla’s research interests include identifying and addressing inequities in underlying structures and systems that prevent the success of minorities in educational and organizational contexts. In her free time, she loves reading, watching True Crime documentaries, and spending time with her goldendoodle, Bailey.
