Courtney earned her Ph.D. in Psychology with a concentration in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University. For over eight years, Courtney has worked with programs aiming to improve educational outcomes for underserved students. She is passionate about using evaluation to achieve social betterment and values building positive relationships with clients. Her research interests include the application of social psychology to evaluation practice and the factors that affect the interpretation of evaluation results. In her free time, she enjoys watching documentaries, yoga, and hanging out with her cats, Junie and Mia.
