History

Cobblestone Applied Research & Evaluation, Inc. was founded in 2008 by Dr. Rebecca Eddy, growing out of her work as a faculty member at Claremont Graduate University. What began as an extension of her academic research practice has grown into a full-service evaluation and applied research firm serving clients across education, workforce development, and community health.

We specialize in designing and conducting program evaluation and applied research studies, drawing on rigorous social science methodology. Our main office is located in La Verne, California.
